Vitamin C in loose or tablet form with a lemon flavor. Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal mental activity, to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, it contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases the absorption of iron.

Dosage
