1. Return Conditions

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you simply changed your mind, you may return the goods within fourteen (14) days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Return Process:

  • Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service through the contact form on our website. You will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return label.
  • Prepare for Return: Securely pack the goods in their original packaging.
  • Ship the Return: Attach the provided label to the package and drop it off with one of our contracted carriers. Max Fit Nutrition covers the return shipping costs.



2. Refund Conditions

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you via email whether the refund has been approved or denied.

Refund Instructions:

  • Approval: If the return is approved, the refund will be issued using the same method as the original payment. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from approval for the refund to be reflected in your account.
  • Processing Time: While we process refunds immediately, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your financial institution's policies.
  • Denial: If the returned goods do not meet the conditions for a refund, you will be informed via email, and the goods will be returned to you at no additional cost.
