Payment and Returns
In our Max Fit Nutrition store, payment is fast and secure thanks to the Shopify Payments payment gateway, which supports various payment methods, including credit cards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. We cover the return costs for you. Once the return is approved, you will be refunded the same way you paid for the item within 14 days.

Returning goods
If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. To start the return process, please contact us via the contact form and we will provide you with all the necessary instructions and a return label. Then you can easily send the goods to us through our carriers. We cover the return costs for you.
Refund Policy
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If the return is approved, you will be refunded the same way you paid for the item within 14 days of approval. If the payment was made by card, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the terms and conditions of your bank.
