These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the online store operator and its customers.

1. Introductory Provisions

1.3. The terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

2.1. The order is created on the basis of its sending by the buyer via the online store.

2.2. After sending the order, the buyer is sent an order confirmation to the e-mail address specified in the order. Confirmation of receipt of the order does not constitute the conclusion of a purchase contract.

2.3. The purchase contract between the seller and the buyer is created the moment the seller confirms the order by e-mail.

3. Price of goods and terms of payment

3.1. The price of the goods is indicated for individual products in the online store.

3.2. The buyer can pay the purchase price for the goods in one of the following ways:

Card payment through the Shopify Payments payment gateway.

Other payment methods available in the online store.

3.3. The purchase price is due when the order is shipped.

4. Delivery of goods

4.1. The seller ensures the delivery of the goods via a courier or through delivery points.

4.2. The delivery of the goods takes place on the date specified in the order, but no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Withdrawal from the contract and return of goods

5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

5.2. If the buyer wants to withdraw from the contract, he must inform the seller in writing and return the goods in their original, undamaged condition and packaging.

5.3. After receiving the returned goods, the seller will refund the money to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the goods, in the same way as the payment was made.

6. Claims procedure

6.1. The seller is responsible for defects in the goods that the buyer has when they receive them.

6.2. The buyer is obliged to complain about product defects without undue delay after discovering them, but no later than 24 months after taking over the goods.

6.3. The buyer can submit a complaint in writing to the address of the seller's registered office or electronically to the seller's e-mail address.

7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The seller processes the personal data of the buyer in accordance with the applicable legal regulations for the protection of personal data.

7.2. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract and marketing purposes, if the buyer has given consent.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These terms and conditions are valid and effective from September 1, 2024.

8.2. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions become valid on the day they are published on the seller's website.
