Prom-in Pentha Pro Complete is a tasty, creamy 5-component protein enriched with a carbohydrate complex, amino acids and vitamins. The protein component consists of a patented mixture of Pentha Pro®, which represents an optimal combination of fast and slowly digestible proteins. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of healthy bones.

The product is characterized by a high-quality carbohydrate complex , the basis of which is lyophilized sweet potatoes. These are rich in carbohydrates, antioxidants, minerals, flavonoids and also contain two very interesting ergogenic substances such as chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid. Sweet potatoes are supplemented with faster usable carbohydrates such as special corn starch with a content of 99% amylopectin. In the case of amylopectin, the glucose molecules are connected by long and highly branched chains, due to which the digestive tract is hardly burdened at all. The entire carbohydrate mixture is supplemented with maltodextrin and a small amount of glucose. Carbohydrates contribute to the restoration of normal muscle function (contraction) after high-intensity and/or long-lasting physical exercise, which results in muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscles.
