Dosage

• depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition
• we recommend dividing the daily dose (2 - 3 scoops) of Hydro Isolate 90 into 2 - 3 portions
• due to hydrolysis (pre-digestion), this protein is suitable for consumption after training, or even before training and in the morning on an empty stomach
• mix the contents of 1 scoop (30 g) in 150 - 200 ml of water
