Dosage

• depends on body weight, sports activity and diet composition
• we recommend dividing the daily dose (2 - 3 scoops/bags) into 2 - 3 portions, which you can consume as a snack between individual meals, or even after training
• mix the contents of 1 scoop/bag (30 g) in 150 - 200 ml of water or skimmed milk
