Gluta Pure contains L- glutamine - L-glutamine is a non-essential amino acid richly represented in muscle tissue. During intense training, the consumption of glutamine rises rapidly, up to five times compared to the need at rest, which is the reason for its supplementation.

Dosage

Take 5000 mg (1 scoop) of Gluta Pure after training and before bed.

For performance athletes or individuals with a higher amount of active body mass, it is possible to supplement with one more dose during the day or take 7500 mg, i.e. 1.5 scoops, once.

It is a dietary supplement.
