About the native CFM protein used:

CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for the production of the highest quality whey protein, filtered on a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter, which is able to filter out to a high degree all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose...) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein with preservation of all valuable microfractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides and lactoferrin. All this without the use of chemicals or solvents.

CFM is the most gentle protein production method in existence, as the raw material is not exposed to any degrading processes, such as high pressure, temperature, ions or hydroxides. It just passes through the ceramic filters by its own weight. Thanks to this, the final whey protein is intact = untouched by anything and no one = so-called virgin protein.
